Target sent a coupon in the mail to all card holders with their latest card disclosures. It is an additional 5% off online when using your red card. Does anyone tried one to see if it works on the Disney gift cards?

On the coupon, in fine print, it says that it excludes gift cards.

yes people try. no it doesn't work.

I looked at the fine print both on the physical coupon that came in the mail as well as the e-coupon for 10% that I received this weekend, and both say that gift cards are excluded. But you never know, so it might be worth trying if you plan to buy them anyways.

I tried, it didn't work. it said not eligible. THEN I read the fine print and felt silly for trying lol.

With the way entertainment cards are sometimes treated different than gift cards I didn't think it would hurt to ask.

I tried my target coupon I got in the mail a few minutes ago on the target app and it gave me the 5% coupon off plus the 5% red card discount on the Disney e-gift card.
