Target Pharmacy rewards question

My husband and I both have Red cards (debit) from separate checking accounts. Is the pharmacy rewards tied to one account? I was hoping to buy up gift cards with both accounts the same day I redeem my 5% coupon. Is this possible?

I actually have a pharmacy rewards card besides my red card so I can get credit for any prescription in my household and pay with any form of payment. It used to be you had to have a red card and pay with it, but they changed it.
