We rarely take prescription pills other than an antibiotic for a week. So, I haven't really looked into this.

I now have a prescription, not sure how many months I will need it, but it is currently prescribed for 3 months.

Once you sign up, can you use if even if the prescription is no longer needed?

I handed over my prescription to CVS for the full 3 months. How can I transfer it over or will I have to call my doctor?

Thanks!,

Dawn

You only get points when you fill a prescription, so you can have an "inactive" account when you don't have a prescription.

You can just do a prescription transfer to Target. No doctor needed.

Thank you.

So, is the additional 5% discount only for the prescription itself or can you use it for other things. I seem to see people saying they use it for an additional 5% off Target purchases.

Once you fill five, you get a 5% coupon to shop at Target for one day. Not off the prescription.
