Did you try to use the voucher yet? The fine print said that the actual GC would be mailed in 4-6 weeks.

From my understanding, printing the voucher isn't valid to use at Target. It stated that you have to wait the 4-6 weeks and the Target gift card would be mailed to your home. I think the voucher is just a proof of purchase thing- it's of no use at Target.
