Target BF Ad is out!

Do you think at 12 midnight I can hit the computer and get some of the items on the Target BF flyer???

bfads.net is keeping up with who is offering online shopping on Thanksgiving and BF on their homepage. So far the following are:

Macy's
Lowes
and Best buy has online only items on page 3 of their circular: http://bfads.net/Ad/Best-Buy-2011#AdscanPage3

Yearly Walmart has the online buys written on the circular a few days prior to the sale. I HOPE they do it this year!

It's new for everyone... and I HATE it.

There is a petition online to 'Tell Target to Save Thanksgiving'. Calling for Target to push back their original opening time of 5am on Black Friday.

As a Target employee, I'll take the midnight opening thankyouverymuch.

This will be my 4th Black Friday at Target. In years past, we Thanksgiving an hour away at my Aunt & Uncle's property.

Wed I would work, so we can't go until Thurs morning. We'd drive over and spend most the day there. But we'd leave at 7pm (fun still going on) so I can be in bed by 830-9pm. I go to bed not at all tired and sleep so fitful, worried I'll oversleep. I'd have to wake up at 3am to make my 3:45am shift to open at 4am. It SUcked!

This year, we open at midnight. I'll work at 11pm. That means leaving the family farm at 9am (staying for pie this year!) I'll chug some coffee, and pull an all-nighter. A one-time all nighter won't kill me. Plus, the crowds always thin after the first couple of hours and they look for volunteers to go home 4 hours in. So if needed, I can be in bed before daybreak. And have a nice solid sleep and be fully rested for working saturday morning too!

Please, don't protest the midnight opening on behalf of this target employee. I WANT MY THANKSGIVING PIE!

Don't make me go to bet at 8pm again!

Kewl! I know it's a waste of time, no way Target is going to let all the other stores open without them!

If you buy an item early and it has a "gift card with purchase offer" on Friday, are you saying as long as you go in during the allowable time frame with your receipt they will just give you the gift card?

No, you canNOT get the gift card after your original purchase. If you want the gift card you must buy it when it is offered. Technically a free gift card is not a price match.

Just be aware that Target won't price match the GC specials.

Also, is there wording in there anywhere about no price matching on the X-box? I want that for oldest DS.
