still 50 here in san jose, ca
Actually, it depends where you shop. It's 75% off at Westgate, as well as the one on Camden. Sunnyvale is 75% off, and Cupertino is still at 50%.
Can you tell I was out today?
I spent $140 at 4 stores!!!!!
While that sounds like alot, most of it's planned. I spent over $40 on infant (0-3 months) clothes, which I donate to a layette program here (I collect clothes all year, and my mom hosts a luncheon, and we end up with something like $1000 in donations)
I also spent about $8 on plates, cups, napkins, ect., for our annual New Years Eve Party.
I also bought coffee (12 oz bags), at about $1.50 each.....It's going in the freezer. One of my new years resolutions is to make coffee each morning.
I spent $22 on candy, treats, etc; some for my NYE's party and the rest for all of the "study sessions" I am hosting for dd's Academic Decathlon team (14 kids, all 13 and 14 years old!). I have 4 or 5 events I'm hosting over the next 8 weeks.
ANother $15 on gift stuff, primarily nice velvet wine bottle bags and gift card holders (small and easy to store)
I also bought two coffee gifts I'll repackage for a gift basket for dd's baton team (we have to donate a gift basket in March as a fundraiser)
Where I "blew" my budget was on the travel games.......the new mini ones. I spent $12 (umplanned). Some for stocking stuffers for my nephews, some for my dd, for when we travel to competitions (lots of down time)
Then a couple of stocking stuffers for family next year, about $10.
The other $20 was also "extras"- a CD for dd, a very nice extension type cord with extra outlets (for work, I really needed it)
But now I'm done, and I haven't dome any other after Xmas shopping. This was my "splurge" day.
