Target $10 gc with $50 purchase coupon

So glad someone mentioned the $8/$80. I didn't even realize I had gotten two yesterday and probably would have thrown them out.

I went back today and got $90 worth of stuff and got the $10 Target card, the $8 off $80 and my 5% back on purchases with my Target debit card.



Tomorrow I will use the other $8/$80 and another $10 coupon. I would have gone for a 2nd transaction but I had 3 boys with me and they were in no mood for more shopping!

Just remember to tell them to toss the gift card (since it's the generic one with Mickey), otherwise you might end up with a gift card that has no $ and forget which one it is.

Just returned from target with my Disney Gift cards! What a deal!
Printed 15 coupons and got lucky with a cashier that scanned 12 transactions separately, giving me $120 in target gift cards, which I then used to buy $100 more of disney giftcards which gave me another $20 in Target gift cards...and paid $10 for my last $50 gift cards!
Wish I could do this every year to pay for my DVC dues!!!

Forgot about that. But usually when you are on property and no longer have the card, you tell them and they'll just swipe a new GC (they said they recycle the zero'd out gift cards at DLR)

Like others have mentioned, I went to Kroger and got a Target gift card to purchase my Disney gift cards so I could get the 4x fuel points. I was also able to use the $5/$50 coupon that printed last week. I watched as the lady in front of me got 5 or 6 coupons from the machine. I checked out and didn't get any. I don't understand their coupon machine.

We'll have to agree to differ, as the limit of 2 would suggest an intent to limit redemption to 2. That is how I understand a limit of 2 to work.

Maybe that is what they are hoping, but they could have easily tied it to Red Card membership and allowed only 2 per member. It does say one per transaction, and it is up to Target whether they want to enforce that by making you go through a checkout line over and over again. It would be within their rights to do this, of course. Ultimately, millions upon millions shop at Target, a very successful retailer. Are there even a thousand people who are taking advantage of this offer to save a couple hundred dollars? And they are saving it on retail price, meaning the cost to Target is even significantly less than that.

Bought my ten cards tonight. Had no problem. Cashier even told me I could keep the coupon and reuse before the promotion was over.

I doubt Target is worried about these coupons. If they were, they'd assign unique coupon codes to them to avoid them being used more than once.

Wanted to take advantage of this deal to buy the discounted Disneyland tickets they are currently selling online; went through the checkout process just to see and it says up to 3 Disney gift cards can be applied and the rest can be paid with a credit card. One ticket would be 5 gift cards; anyone know a way around the 3 card limit or know for sure if the gc's can be combined?

I had no problem using 4 coupons at one cashier and 3 at another. The cashiers both told me it was a great deal.

And I agree that Target doesn't really care. If they did, they would have unique codes for each coupon.

How do you get it to print from the fatwallet sight?
Mine won't print. It wants to save it somewhere. I have said to save it on desktop and in documents, but don't see it in either. When I try again, it says it already exists and asks if I want to replace it.
I just want to print it, and I can't get it to print.
Please Help!

hey you are doing better than me.

have a target credit card and i am trying to put in my account - so far it has send me three different places and is refusing to except my cc in all of them.

gave up on the printing because it kept saying I need this program to print - so I downloaded - and it still kept saying that I need this program.

my computer has the program on it and when I ask to see it - it wants to know if I want to take it off......

really think will go to target tomorrow maybe someone there can explain this mess to me.

For those with print application problems, try using IE. I was using Chrome and it would download and run and then tell me I need to install it when I tried to print.

I haven't time to read through the whole post, as I am off to Target in moments--just wondering if ANYBODY has had any success purchasing TARGET cards with this coupon. That was my intent and I'm glad I read disboards before I headed out. I need to buy a bunch of $10 cards for about 10 people and was hoping to do it with this coupon. I am hoping it works, but it sounds doubtful--just wondering if anybody can confirm?

Also, it is still good for today? Somebody said it expires the 8th but I thought it was good through the 8th?

Just a couple of quick tips:

1) Target's system allows them to scan 4 coupons per transaction. At least at my local store. The first time through the line, my family of 6 tried to buy 24 cards. The cashier was only comfortable letting me use 6 coupons (and I don't push them to do anything they aren't comfortable with). But the systems would allow her to scan only 4 coupons, so she had to do a second transaction. Anyway, I only mention this because you may not have to do a separate transaction for each. BTW, ultimately we went back into a different line and the cashier was fine scanning the remaining 18 coupons in 5 separate transactions.

2) Bring a few extra coupons. When someone got behind me in line, I could see them notice that I was doing multiple transactions, and could read just a hint of frustration on their faces because it wasn't going as quickly as they thought (this was early morning, so hardly anyone in the store anyway). So I asked them if they had $50 worth of items, and handed them a coupon. In both cases, they were delighted, and went back and shopped for a few more items. I don't like to be a bother to people waiting in line, and even though they didn't really seem upset, it was nice to be able to give them a coupon and make them happy.

I did something similar last year. I had a couple of extra coupons that I wasn't going to need, so I looked for a couple of people with a fullish cart and asked if they would like one. Always nice to spread the Pixie dust!

No, you cannot get target cards with this. That was last year.
