Taping Christmas Parade today for tv!

A neat surprise was how they let about half of the Christmas Fantasy Parade floats come by, then let the Soundsational parade floats come by, and then some more Christmas floats. Once that first musical number completed, they ran the rest of the two parades without any stops. It was definitely a treat to see both parades all at once...semi-jumbled up. With running both parades practically all at once over about an hour and a half, the entertainment department must have been running an army of dancers and characters. Kudos to them.

Was there enough of a gap, the, the CFP performers could of made it back stage changed, shuttle to the other end of the park and perormed in Sounsational? Like wise wher Soundsational finished, was ther enough time for some to get to the other side and finish the CFP?

Love Christina Aguilera so I'm excited to see her performance! I'll definitely be watching this year.

I was there on Saturday when they were filming the parade and I avoided it like the plague, lol. We actually made the mistake of going down Main Street during the beginning to ditch our jackets in our locker and went against so many people to get out. When we came back in, we sure did take the train! It was pouring rain yesterday when we left Anaheim- I don't know how we got so lucky- Friday and Sunday were awful weather-wise, but Saturday was great.

Having been a former DLR CM, I've seen prep for a parade. It takes quite a bit of time. So everyone must have gotten ready at the same time. All the floats were lined up along the parade route, waiting to be filmed on Main Street. So no, there were no gaps between parades.
