I don't see any reference to them here so I'm assuming they are a thing of the past. Or maybr they are just a sometime thing?

Anyone know?

NO MORE..............

and not without much disappointment...........you'll find more 'frequenters' disappointed than not about no more Tapestry parades..........

arrgghhh.... they got rid of these a couple of months before we went last year, so I missed them. Never got to experience them firsthand. :(

Yes, the parade is gone-as of March (or around that month) of 2003. We just caught it in Feb '03 when we were there. It was alot different than traditional WDW parades and alot of visitors were disappointed by it, but our family loved it. It will be greatly missed. We recorded it on our 2000 trip, so we still get to see it. It's definitely not the same as seeing it in person.

We are 'frequenters' and we loved both Tapestry of Dreams and Tapestry of Nations and miss it very much. I will admit the first time I saw Tapestry of Nations, we thought it was a little different because of the lack of Disney characters, but after seeing it for a few times it really grew on us, especially the music, it ended up being one of our must sees on every trip.

It had the best music! I'm glad that they still play it after Illuminations. It is nice to listen to as we are fighting the crowds to get to our bus.

My daughter wanted to know if they would have the parade with the "big sticks" this time. I told her no, unfortunately not. So glad I bought that CD three years ago. (the millineum CD) Wah La Wah La Wah La ..........

I really loved both those parades and I miss them alot. one of the best things I have experienced at WDW in all the years I have gone there.
Big Big disappointment that they are gone.

We saw the Tapestry of Nations in 2001 and I loved it. The music was the best part. I wish I would have bought the CD (oh well! maybe on ebay). The music gave me goose bumps.
