Station is Mouseworld Radio 1

Brings back so many nice memories from Epcot.

If you hurry, you can listen too, it is about 30 minutes long. :earsboy:

Thanks Dan, I loved this music. Mo is now bouncing around the basement talking about the guy with the big drum. LOL

We have the soundtrack and it gets played quite a bit! LOVE that music! :bounce:

We also have the CD, and when I listen to it, my boys make me turn it off...they tell me it makes them sad to think they're not there!

But all that's about to change in just one week!

Dan, or anyone else...did they replace TON with any other kind of parade?

No, unfortunately there is no parade at Epcot right now. I read somewhere that there is one in the works but that it won't debut for several years. I think this is insane. I wish Epcot would get it's act together. I realize they have poured a ton of money into Mission Space, but there are a lot of other things they need to look at seriously.

Wow, that was nice. :)

I have the CD too, actually, 3 of them, one for car, one for home and one for portable CD player. :) I can listen to that Millennium CD forever.

Glad Mo got a bit of dancing time in this morning, Bridget. :) Say hello to her for me, the other big guy, but no drum. :teeth:

No, Blondie, but here is latest offerings from www.screamscape.com
(7/30/03) The latest story claims that Epcot may not rush to install a new parade into World Showcase until 2007, when the park celebrates it’s own 25th Anniversary. Things are always subject to change however.
(7/9/03) When Epcot closed the Tapestry of Dreams/Nation parade there were plenty of rumors about a new parade in the works to replace it... one likely to feature Disney characters. As time went on, nothing came of it, and people stopped talking about it. However... something could be in the works after all. It seems that all the Pushing and Shoving by Epcot’s management to force the park’s guests into World Showcase by closing most of Future World by 6pm just isn’t doing the trick. An insider tells us that attendance inside World Showcase is still very low until about 90 minutes before Illuminations (7:30pm) despite the closing of Future World at 6pm. It seems most people feel the way that I do and are just opting to leave the park rather than stay in World Showcase for hours with nothing to do. Epcot management is already hearing that huge sucking sound coming from Future World as the long awaited opening of Mission: Space is only a few weeks away. The soft-preview currently taking place is already having enough of an effect on the park, so it may be time to either bring back a modified Tapestry parade or to roll out an all new one. (Here’s a free idea to Epcot... try adding some new attractions to World Showcase for a change if you want to increase guest flow to the area. The Matterhorn/Mt. Fuji coaster concept has already been sent to Animal Kingdom to go alongside the African River Rapids ride that was one proposed for Epcot as well. Maybe it’s time to give that call to Lego to work out a deal on a new Denmark pavilion, complete with a mini Legoland park inside. Just an idea...

It seems nuts to me to stop a parade that was as successful as TON/D and not have anything to back it up with. JMHO, ofcourse.

And I agree with this statement:

try adding some new attractions to World Showcase for a change if you want to increase guest flow to the area.

I too was surprised they didn't give more warning when they ended TOD. It is one parade I REALLY miss the most. Definately the best one ever porduced at WDW, next to Spectormagic. I like the Jammin' Jungle parade too, but it is a much smaller scale.

Our whole family loved the parade but it was especially wonderful for my 16 year old DD. She absolutely loved it and was extremely disappointed. I can't figure out why they discontinued it either.
