Tank top for man at Restaurants

We are going to the world this summer with my brother and sil who are first timer. My brother use to wear tank top during the summer. I know that he shaves, but I was wondering if this is permitted in the TS for Lunch and dinner ? (not signature restaurant) :confused3

I assume that it should be ok at CS, right ?

Here some restaurant we will visit this summer for dinner :

Park : Sci-Fi; LTT; Coral Reef; Tutto Italia; Le Cellier; 7 dragons; Tepan Edo; Mama Melrose F!; Rainforest Café AK; Akershus

Hotel : Ohanna, Grand Floridian café, Wispering canyon; Boma

As my DH never wear it, I was just wondering ...

He'll be fine. A lot of people get all weird about the dress codes in restaurants but really why should it matter? My food will taste the same regardless what the guy at the next table is wearing and it won't ruin the atmosphere either. I believe that the only restaurant with a strict dress code is V&A and even the other restaurants with guidelines don't really enforce them.

I have worn board shorts and a wife beater to restaurants in both the parks and the resorts and never had a problem.

The California Grill has a dress code also or at least they did a couple of years ago. We watched them tell someone in a tank top that he couldn't be seated - he argued and they finally found him another shirt to put on or maybe he went back to his room and got it but they held fast on the rule.
