Tangled Ever After is an upcoming short animated film, set to air in Spring 2012 on Disney Channel. It is being directed by Nathan Greno and Byron Howard, the directors of Tangled, and it will show Rapunzel marrying Eugene Fitzherbert.

It is a cool poster. I know several people feel that Tangled Ever After sounds too much like Shrek Ever After and kind of agree. Also find it odd that it is making its premier on the Disney Channel. Suprised it didnt go straight to home video first or even the theaters. Hoping its a nice suprise and close to the first one, but also feel if it was they would be releasing it in the movie theaters.

I like the idea of a direct to Disney channel release...Disney has always done a cute job with their live action movies for the channel, though they usually aren't my cup of tea. Can't wait to see what they do with this one! There was a Shrek holiday special that aired as a Christmas special on ABC that was fantastic, so hopefully this will be on that level.
