We just drove it the last two Sundays, the construction goes for approx 20 miles. The biggest problem we had was the first Sunday night around 8PM, (heading west) the right hand lane was closed! It took about 20 minutes to go about 3 miles, after that the ride was fine. We did it in about 1 hour 15 minutes in the early morning (7AM) about 2 hours in the evenings after 7PM. I don't know the exact location of the construction, it starts about 6 miles from Disney heading towards Tampa. If you are catching a plane I would allow at least 2 hours to get there, and try to avoid the rush hour in Tampa, it's can be a real mess!
