Does Tampa Alamo have a full size pick your own aisle like Orlando? If so, what is normally on it? Also, do you actually need to reserve full-size or can you do standard like Orlando? Thanks!

I am interested in this too. Is there a separate full size and standard size aisle or do they share the same aisle like Orlando?

How is the car selection at Tampa compared to Orlando?

Not sure if the Standard and Full Size aisles are combined like they are at MCO, but TPA has a much smaller selection of vehicles then MCO. The entire Alamo area in the garage at TPA only has room for maybe 30-40 cars total, but the lot attendants keep bringing more in as the cars get rented out.
The last couple of times that we have flown into TPA, each aisle had only 3-5 cars in it. Compacts and economy seem to have the most with 5 or 6 to choose from. There were only 3 or 4 full size to choose from. The SUV selection was very limited, only 1 or 2 of each size. I think there were 3 minivans when we were there in Oct 2014 and they were all white Grand Caravans. We had a convertible booked and had to wait over 40 minutes for one to be brought over from the Enterprise lot as they had none in Alamo or National.

Oh wow. Sounds like we better book the car class we actually want then. We got a mini van off the aisle in orlando last year, but sounds like Tampa is a lot different. Thanks for the help!
