Tampa Airport Question

I just have a question....How long does it take to get to Orlando from the Tampa Airport. I'm just wondering because we got GREAT airfare so I went ahead and booked it. Thanks!

We drove over from Tampa in Feb, and it took just over an hour. I've heard with traffic and construction, it can take a little longer though. It was a very easy drive and I would do it again for cheaper airfare!

1:15 to 1:30. Don't do it late at night (unless time isn't a factor). Lane closures due to construction can be bad news.

Thanks for the quick replies. Our plane doesnt even come in til 7 a.m so by the time we get our luggage and rental car it will be around 8:30-9. So hopefully the traffic wont be bad. Thanks Again!

We are flying Spirit Airlines and I got it for $160! When i went online it said it was a Ciber Fare?!?! don't really know what it means but after I booked it I went to see if it had sold out and within 10 minutes it was gone so I guess I just got lucky.

We're flying into Tampa too in June, from Philly. Got $141 R/T into Tampa.

The ride is a straight shot on I-4, so it is not difficult at all. Only road block is the potential road blocks !! We're driving that route ~ 10 am on a Sunday. Hopefully all the construction workers are in church !!
