Would like to hear about experiences since re-opening. We were hoping to do Trader Sam's on our trip in December, but feel pretty sure it won't be open.

I was there Wednesday after park closing. There are only three tables in the lounge, but people are also being served in the lobby. Service is great (they have 3-4 staff serving 4-6 groups of people). I liked the California Rolls and the strong drink they mixed for me.

Would you mind clarifying what you mean by “people are also being served in the lobby?” Do you mean people grabbing their drink and sitting in those seats in the normal Ohana waiting area?

Do they have the bread pudding?

I didn't see that on the menu. The menu I saw had four items: California rolls, flatbreads, wings, and ribs.

Yes, people were getting drinks (and probably food) while seated in couches and chairs in the Great Ceremonial House lobby, on the second floor rear (closest to Seven Seas Lagoon). No Ohana space is being used.

The staff were suggesting to-go orders for everything (drinks and food).
