Tambu Lounge?

Does anyone know?: Is there a view of the MK fireworks from the Tambu Lounge at the Poly? Or what about the seating area adjacent to the lounge? I know you can see them from other places at the Poly, but I never thought about lounging a having some drinks and appitizers while watching the fireworks.

The view, as I recall, isn't as good as it is from inside Ohana; the trees are in the way. The window space in the lounge itself isn't all that big either. You would not be able to see from the bar and the view is not that good from the lounge tables. And it's usually a madhouse in there because that's where everyone waits for seating at Ohana. I would watch from outside on the Poly's beach before I watched from in there.

I agree 100%. My favorite time to visit the Tambu Lounge is after 10:00 PM when most of the diners have left and I can actually sit peacefully.

Are you able to get a drink at the Tambu Lounge then walk down to the beach and relax with your drink?
