Talking water fountain in EPCOT?

I've read about the talking water fountain in EPCOT. Where exactly is it?

There is one kind of between Electric Umbrella and Mouse Gears on the fountain side.
You have to listen very hard to hear it sometimes.
I'm sure someone will have a picture or better location description.
I always get a drink from it.

Last September it was inbetween The Living Seas and The Land in that area of sidewalks (hope you can understand what I'm trying to say).

If you walk towards the Imagination pavilion, right after you walk through Innovations, there are rest rooms on your left. The water fountains are to the left of the restrooms. One fountain is a regular one, the other talks when you press the button.

betterlatethannever is correct. They're basically on the back side of the Innoventions building on the way to Imagination.

That's where we found it...Actually we bought a Pal Mickey and he pointed it out to us.
