There is a possibility that I may be getting a rabbit very soon.......just need permission from the landlord

Any way the rabbit I have my heart set on is a little floppy eared white rabbit with grey specs

any suggestions for a name? disney related would be good........but not cheesy like thumper

maybe I could call the little guy OSWALD!!!!!

Why not Cheesy? - that would be a good name for a rabbit :rotfl2:

I'm all for a bit of cheese! ~ Thumper sounds a lovely name :thumbsup2

That is mean :rotfl: - I'd go for Oswald.

Ours was called Eeyore, as he was a grey dwarf,so cute.

I like Thumper :thumbsup2

Yay, I'm always pleased to hear other people getting bunnies, as I have two house rabbits myself! :thumbsup2 Anyway, the rabbit you've got your heart set on sounds lovely. Maybe you should get him, and once you've got to know him a bit, then name him? And then you must post photos of the little guy. :goodvibes

Why not go against the Thumper flow & call him Bambi!

:sunny:

I like Eeyore for a little grey one. I have a dwarf lop for 7 years and called ours scamp!

Thumper sounds like a good name!

Ok I finally went and got the little guy!!!!

isn't he cute??????!!!!!! :goodvibes

oh and his name is...........

OSWALD

:cheer2:

oswald is very cute :thumbsup2

He is sooo cute, we have a lop house rabbit as well, he needs a lot of affection.

Aww, he's adorable! Are you planning on getting a bunny friend for him? It's just that rabbits are very social creatures and can get quite depressed without company. :guilty: Once you get two buns together and see how happy they are, you never look back!!

That said, you can't just bung any two rabbits together and hope for the best, lol - they are very territorial and would need to be bonded in neutral territory.

Whoops, sorry to go all bunny preachy, I just can't bear the thought of lonely bunnies!! :sad2:

He is really cute...and very tame I am worried about the loneliness ting though :sad2: I really can't afford another one :guilty: but I have read that rabbits will seek affection and company from their owners so hopefully if I spend as much time with him as I can he will be ok.

I play with him every morning before work and when I get home, I have a lead for him and take him for a walk around the garden!!! he loves it.

I was worried though as tonight he seemed really rather sppoked by something and wasn't being very friendly (after the walk) any suggestions as to why????

all help and advice greatly appreciated :thumbsup2

Yay! Oswald is really back. What a cutie. My DS is dying to get a rabbit nut unfortunately we're blessed with a killer cat so theres no chance
