How has the wait been for him? It's a definite must do for us but I didn't make a fp for it.

I went in October/November of last year. There was little to no wait to see him. It was very cool. I did have a fast pass one time but the regular line was very short/just a couple of people. We went back because I did not have my video camera on me the first time and I did not know he was going to talk.

It was really cool. He has a special backstage dressing room and my 4 year old Daughter really felt like she was meeting the real Mickey Mouse. It is also has a very small personal feel because just a handful of people are in the room at one time so you feel like you are being invited backstage to meet the mouse!:):wizard:

Oh and I think the location of the town hall makes it so people just kind of run past it and many do not come running back to meet mickey. I am sure it has to do with time of day as well. We went late afternoon and then early evening. One day after meeting him we were eating at Tony's and it was kinda like heh, you want to check out Mickey again (because the line was so short).

Great! Thank you!

I don't think the line is all that long. Talking Mickey was dreamy! :rotfl:

In our case, we happened to be walking past late at night,on our way out of MK, and the CM's waved us over saying we had a chance to meet Mickey with no line.

For me, having had non-talking Mickey all my life, it was slightly disturbing.

Then again...half our group didn't notice that Mickey talking was a change, until I asked them what they thought about the difference. :lmao:

I suppose at that point, it was SO late, we were all half asleep. The experience was kind of dreamy. :goodvibes So you may want to try going near midnight...or maybe not...:hyper:

We went around 9 pm the first week of June and there was no wait. My 5yo loved talking mickey, I thought it was kind of creepy!

We used FP+ on a Saturday morning (around 10 or so) in May. The stand by posted wait time was 30 min, but it didn't seem to me that the line was that long.

My younger DS LOVED the talking Mickey! Mickey is his favorite, so he wore his Mickey costume and brought his favorite Mickey doll with him to "introduce him" to Mickey. DS was grinning from ear to ear the entire time.

As we were leaving, DS was kind of lagging behind and he says "I just really love Mickey" and Mickey replied back "I love you too!".

Priceless. (Got it all on video too!)
