Have you been over Easter? What was your dining experience like?

For Easter Sunday...
Is it going to be impossible to get an Easter dinner reservation at Cape May if I am only arriving a couple days before?

Will EP be crazy that day? Debating between doing an ADR for lunch or just doing F&G kitchens? Group of six including a 3 and 6 year old.

We staying at Beach Club and not sure I want to do a brunch. Cape May seemed like one of the few options to offer an Easter dinner.

We were at Beach Club last year for Easter and we will be returning again this year. Cape May Dinner on Easter was the worst meal we had all week so we wont be doing that again. We decided to do MK this Easter and have reservations for CRT. You can try Trattoria al Forno for the bon voyage breakfast. It was one of our favorites last year. We will be there 3/30 - April 7th and we too have a 6 and 3 yr old.

Any other questions let me know !

Relax.

You are anxious about nothing being available for Easter Sunday.

Maybe I'd be anxious if this were Cinderella's Castle (or Sci-Fi or CA Grill or O'hana or Be Our Guest), but I wouldn't be anxious for Cape May, because it will not 'sell out' quickly.

If you are on top of your 180-day ADR window, you'll mostly get what you want, particularly if you are flexible with your time(s).

Also, all Disney really does differently for Christmas & Easter is keep some of the buffets open between lunch and dinner - which should create more opportunities for more families like yours to enjoy a holiday meal together at Cape May.

What didn't you like about Cape May? Food quality? service? just curious. We have Trattoria al Forno booked for departure day, thanks for the suggestion!

I made our Easter reservation for the Cape May Café the other day. I didn't have a problem. I didn't have a problem getting any ADR I wanted except that I had difficulty on line and had to call. Cape May Café is my husbands favorite. We're actually eating there twice during our next visit. The last time we were at WDW for Easter was 2014. It was crowded but not the worst I've seen.

Thanks. I made reservations a couple days ago and was able to get Cape May for Easter. I was surprised I was able to get basically all the reservations I wanted. I did have to call for the dessert party and there were some issues with the website but I was able to do most of it through the app.

I've been at Disney the past two Easters. Yes it is busy but I've never found it that bad (obviously because I'm going again this year!).

It's the only time I can go and I'd rather do busy Disney than no Disney :)

Bit more expensive...but we loved the CA Grill Brunch on Easter Sunday this year....they added a Prime Rib carving station just for Easter.
