Talk to me about construction at CBR? May 2018?

So we have had to change out plans a few
Times and timeframe has changed for us. We are booked 7 nights in early May at CBR. I have read about the construction...the food part doesn’t effect us at all as we never eat at the hotel. The pool looks awesome as well as the hammocks and white sand. We usually get up early hit the parks then back in the afternoon to swim and chill then back to the parks at night. Tell me I’m not crazy for booking there...should I move? Our budget is pretty locked in....

Sorry, I don’t have much info to provide; however we are also planning a 7 night stay at CBR in early/mid May. I to am wondering about refurbs. I haven’t booked yet, but will be soon and I just can’t decide which resort. We’ve stayed value mainly as I could never justify the extra cost for my family personally as we were always in the parks for the most part. We are in the middle of the adoption process for our 11 month old son; therefore we will be returning as a family of 4. Adding to the family and the fact that we will have an 18 month old in tow by our travel dates has made me reconsider a value due to space. We love POP, but feel it will be cramped. We will be spending more time at the resort this go round and I feel the extra cost will be worth it. I just am undecided about which resort to choose.

By spring, three of the four mods will have construction or refurb. The bulk of construction at CBR is not going to be very visible to most guests.
