Talk about Yo-Yo!!!!

Hey guys,

You might remember me, but I have not posted in 5 weeks. I went away on a 10 day cruise and 3 days in Washington DC and I was just horrible!!! I gained 13 pounds on this trip!!!! I had lost a total of 19 with wish, so I started again but 6 pounds lower.

I have been home 3 weeks and lost 12 of the 13 pounds but the interesting thing is, my clothes fit me better now then before the trip.

KathyTX: you were a lifesaver with your suggestion of the Hanes body enhancer. It was comfortable and did the trick with my clothes.

I had a wonderful cruise but now I am back to basics and will start to report back in here. It's good to see you all again.

Welcome back! What a great trip you must have had (aside from the gain, yikes!) You are back on track now. Funny how your clothes fit better now too, that is just weird! Glad you were able to lose that vacation weight!!! That is great news!!!!!!

It was a wonderful cruise. Whenever I am blue or in pain (herniated disc) I book a cruise. My dh loves it, I wonder if he wants me in pain???

So, my next goal is for September because we have a European cruise planned and I want a new dress. What can I say, I'm bad
