taking forever for points to load

Our contract closed 9 days ago. The deed was recorded 7 days ago.

I want to see our points in the account!!! (we are already members with a small direct purchase, this is a larger resale contract)

I am trying to shore up our February trip and really do not want to have to waitlist.

SIGH! Does it always take 2 weeks or longer? How soon is the fastest/how long is the longest?

Our resale was closed on a Thursday and the points were available the next Tuesday.

It's possible that they loaded the contract into a new account. We had that happen once.

We just closed and it took 13 days from closing for our points to be loaded into our account. Good luck, waiting is hard!

Sadly, 10 days to 2 weeks has become the new normal for getting the contract and points loaded (it's two separate transactions by Member Administration).

Our last contract took 16 days after the deed
Was recorded to show up under our member #.

We closed on Boardwalk this month and it took 12 days for the points to show up, once the deed was recorded with OC.

Ours took 12 days and were in our account 9/18.

Our closing was Friday, Aug 30 and showed up on the OC website same day.
On Saturday, Sept 14, the new sub contract showed up but no points in it yet. On Monday, Sept 16, the points were loaded, so 17 days from closing to available points. I hope you get yours soon!
