I take Synthroid, BPM - twice a day, seizure meds 3x a day, one drug 8x a day, another 6x a day. I have to take antibiotics usually once every 4 weeks due to infections, and a medral pack (steroids) along with it. I take 2 chewable vitamins a day, a potassium pill, and get b12 shots. I have 4 different types of stomach meds/2 kinds of lower GI meds. I have breathing meds/nose sprays, and various other meds that I use as needed.
I still need to try to work in a cholesterol med also.
My poor husband has to wake me daily to get certain meds in me because they need a head start before I can eat. Some need to be taken with in certain times from others. If I have a flair with one certain problem, other meds need to be stopped.
If you saw my previous thread I used to take a water pill also. I didn't start out being like this, and would gladly be someone who had to take one or two pills a day.
My son who wants to be a Physician/Psychiatrist/or PA said the other day that we could easily visit Disney monthly on the cost of meds each month!!
