We're going back next weekend for the F&WF. Kind of a "delayed anniversary/layoff survival trip" for DW & me.

I ordered the DVC info package months ago and our "guide" is Jim McCoy. If we take a break from the parks, I would really like to tour SSR and boat down to DTD. Or possibly visit BCV/BWV before having dinner at the Yachtsman.

So my questions are:

Do the guides work on-site at SSR, so if I wanted to go on short notice, I could give Jim a call?

Can I take the tour w/o being obligated to the "incentive deadline"?

Thanks.

Yes, most guides work at SSR. There are a very few that work out of their home. Our original guide was at HH, but now works from home. You should call Jim and let him know the dates you will be there and set up a tour with him.
I personally don't believe there is an incentive deadline. The incentives are offered without the tour. There will always be some kind of incentive offered, maybe a different one when you're ready to buy. We were never told of any deadline when we took the tour. Enjoy your trip, you'll love SSR:love:

If you took a tour, I thought you only had 3 days after your return from WDW to buy and get teh current incentive. Have they changed this?
