Thanks to all who have responded! Now it is clearer to me. I agree - I'd prefer not to have strangers in my room too. So, if needed we could still call for extra towels if need be, they just won't be coming in everyday and cleaning & making beds? Makes sense - I can live with that - just like home! Ha! And thanks for explaining that the UY does not have anything to do with using the points. I think I get it now, and may be able to explain to my husband. Now we just have to find the $, and find an OKW resale with extension that fits our needs!!!!

There is a charge for extra towels. I believe it is $6 per towel pack. When we have a 1BR or larger we just throw our towels in with our laundry.
