Takeout from Kona Cafe

I read a few days ago that you could get takeout from TS restaurants like Kona Cafe - how do we go about doing this? Do we call the direct number at the restaurant to call it in or do we just walk up and order? Do we still get appetizer, entree, and dessert with the takeout using the DP? Thanks for your help experts!!

We have done it a few times at the Kona Cafe (love having sticky wings for lunch out by the pool or on our balcony). We tried calling the first time and they told us we needed to go in and order in person. They wont take orders over the phone.
