Take the bus is it free? I will Jan. 23 at Disney World, but my passes will be valid until 24, would I still be entitled to use the bus to visit my arrival at the 23.

Yep!! You dont need any park tickets (or any ID/Room Key at all) to ride any transportation at Disney.

Years ago, Disney used to enforce a policy that Disney transportation was for resort guests and persons with valid theme park tickets. Now, they're more than happy to transport anyone from one place to spend money at Disney to another place to spend money at Disney.

There's no charge for the bus service between Disney resorts, theme parks, and Downtown Disney.

The bus between the Orlando airport and Disney resorts, Disney's Magical Express, is another question. You need a specific reservation to use it, and the driver's do check the tickets carefully.
