about 4 weeks before traveling...sometimes 3 if you book late...

If they are not at your home by 8-14 days before your trip, call WDW Reservations and tell them.

You may not have given them your flight info (or they might have misplaced it.)

Glad someone brought this up. I forgot about the tags. We should be getting ours pretty soon then.
