she just is just too fun-loving and down to earth....the sweetest chocolate lab you've ever met :teeth:

Yes, but it doesn't have Central Air....just noticed that! :eek:

193587 small, busy subdivision of a circular street. Home is a tad small too.

193546 great subdivision!

186801 Looked at this one (didn't go in) a couple weeks ago, it has a MIL suite. Too far out in booneyville.

188024 might look at this too.

The search is ONLY beginning!!!

Lewski709 This is fun......I'm too opinionated for my own good and houses tend to be totally diffrent in person......

Okay, I've looked at the choices so far and think I like 188024 the best....I have issues with it being 'quad level' but things like that sometimes make a house all the more interesting. I just wish they'd show more pictures of the inside. Is it in a better or worse neighborhood as the others or are they all basically the same?

I like 192817 also but it seems kinda small at just under 1600sq ft....especially since your cute boys are growing like weeds

BTW, I'm looking these up using Realtor.Com .....is there a better website out there or can I assume all MLS listings come up the same on any website?

Congrats! We started our house hunting about this time of the two years ago and within two months we were out of our apartment and in our starter home with over a 1/2 acre yard. During our house purchasing, we adopted Jessie---our lab mix pup.
