Hi all.

Thanks so much for breakfast [COLOR=66FF00]iluvtink[/COLOR]. I love eating here 'cause there is no need for me to count points.... sigh.... the things I do for my health.

I finally got the pic thing figured out. My photos are in the gallery but they both say "pending approval". Now all I have to do is find the latest trip photos. My mom was helping me learn about memory albums(?). I'm clueless but she's been snipping and we've been buying the cutest little album extras and so she may have all of my photos at her house.

It wouldn't bother me a bit if Pitt won. Going there would be easier if they did. That city really gets into a funk when a team of theirs loses but they can be the nicest of people if any wins.

Poor Marie ohanafamily. I don't like that MRI tube either. I'm OK in tight spaces but it's the noise of the darn thing I hate. It makes me think the whole room is gonna collapse on my head. Poor Dan. I'm off to post there.

Part of the swap idea with the $3 suggested maximum is so the young'uns and College'uns, and looking for job'uns, and everybody else'uns wouldn't be expecting a great big thing to be sent or to come back. I am planning to go a little overboard (duh!), but by the same token, I remember 20+ years ago when I was in college money was a lot tighter. I would say that nobody should be upset if (I will pick on CourtasanSatine) CourtasanSatine sent out a postcard and a bulls-head key ring (that cost $.50), even though they might have sent a $2 kaleidoscope (to look like snow). If I would have set the bar higher, not everyone could have joined in. I mean who wouldn't want to receive a new car in the mail!!!, but in sending such a gift, be advised that all that is expected back is a $.50 bulls head key ring.

I know the group we have here is very passionate, and I also know a few of you are planning a little extra for everyone. That is OK, I won't say no! but I just wanted to keep everyone from expecting a lot more.

I hope I made sense (and convinced CourtasanSatine that she can afford it)

Oooo, I'm glad I printed out the names, 'cause there were 19--not 17! I got the post cards at the BIG grocery store of all places. 25 cents each. I did get one idea, but I figured if I was going to go with it, I'll order it directly from the company's website. Actually, that would be easier, because they could ship it direct to ohanafamily.

Here's an idea for the optional item. Take a picture of yourself--maybe with props so that it would match your name and/or Tag artifact. I really hope I can get my digital working. I guess I could use the "real" camera.

Don't forget folks. SU is playing at 5:40 p.m. on CBS. Hey, that's a happy hour game. I hope we have beer in the fridge. Rob probably bought that Mic Ultra crap. I'm going to turn on the tube and see how the games are going.

To be honest, I'm most looking forward to all the postcards. I kind of collect them, always have. In fact when I go away, especially to someplace new, I send a postcard to myself and always purchase extras too. (I especially like it when I can find them for 6/$1 or even better 10/$10, then I stock up.) Must be I've always been a scrapper at heart.

CourtasanSatine, I just realized 4/11 is Easter Sunday... that might effect you coming to Dallas on 4/10...Either way, I'm Jewish and we don't celebrate it...but you might need to do the church thing with the wine and crackers...

Ohana : DBF and I will be in the Six Flags and the surronding area(We found the Pancho's near the park as a idea for dinner,we get hand stamps eat and come back).We'll also only be in the area for the day since we'll be heading back to Abilene after the park closes and rents say the trip's ok since it's only the day.We've been planning this on 4/10 since it was the first free Saturday for either of us

Only photo on my home desk is a post card of Epcot with the (yellow) monorail going by. I have a stuffed Tigger on my computer and an small Aladin statue. My comuter background is a beautiful picture of the castle at MK with some tree in the foreground with yellow flowers. A DISer posted it in their trip report and I borrowed it for the next couple of months. I like to change my backgrounds appropriate to an upcoming trip. My mousepad is just plain teal green BUT I have the 100 Mickeys one from Disneyland at work. My background at work is a great picture of the castle at Disneyland with the swan...PixieMagic took it.
