I did hear the news! She dropped by the EWP suite and I gave her my congrats over there...it's wonderful! I love little kids! We need to keep up the numbers of the next generation of DIS'sers(and disney)!!!


Well, it's nighty-night time for me!! It's late way up here in Maine!! Actually, I'm not the least bit tired but my mom makes me go to bed....wah. Ugh, and going to sit in my freshly painted room all night...yuck!

I was in WalMart today getting groceries, but we always have to tour the toy section. They had these really cute pairs of Carebears and I saw a Funshine Bear and read her description. She is best buddies with Sunshine Bear and she is the class clown type. She enjoys a good time but most of all, tries her best to see that everyone around her is having a good time too.

I see why you picked her.

I just lost a really long post and I'm not risking that again.

Need to check on Ella. She does a bit of a tumbling routine in her bed at night. <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/18/18_14_103.gif' border=0></a> It's how she puts herself to sleep. So after a while I go in and re-align her little baby body in the crib. Usually her little feet are sticking out between the slats in the rail.

DH took the kids and a friend of Daniel's to see the Garfield movie. They should be home soon.

RRBB Another recipe for the cookbook Posted it on the potluck thread and thought I'd share with you guys, too...my aplogies to ohanafamily...you'll see why.....

Confetti Salsa

--2 cans shoepeg corn, drained (or one can white, one can yellow)
--2 cans black beans, drained
--1 red onion, diced
--2 peppers diced, any color (although for variety of taste and color, I usually do 1 green pepper and then 1/2 red pepper and 1/2 orange pepper)
--1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
1/4-1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil

Mix together. Marinate several hours or overnight. Serve with a good sturdy tortilla chip....like Fritos Scoops or Tostitos Scoops!

It's easy since you can do it the day before, very pretty with all the colors, and oh so yummy!!

I know here in good ol' NC, we are Southerners and Eastcoasters...

Danauk Got a question for you concerning the info on the outside of my English-made Cadbury chocolate purchased in WDW ......under nutrition information, is "energy" the same as "calories"??? Never noticed this before...there is definitely more fat than in American made Cadbury but I guess that's what makes it soooo good!

geffric there's no chocolate in the lasagna! Believe me, if I thought I could fit any in there I'd go for it, but if you ever make it you'll see. The pan is packed with all the other layers of goodness. We'll have to have our chocolate on the side.

Here, may I recommend the chocolate-chocolate chip Ghiridelli (horribly spelled, I'm sure) muffins?

And the coffee is ready, Starbucks, of course.

I have a question for you. Where you are in Chicago, in the big tower, how many Starbucks are there within a two block radius?

I couldn't believe how many there were when we were there!
