And my take on the sandals with socks thing. If you're wearing shorts and sandals, the socks make your legs look shorter and bottom heavy because they bring the eyes down to your feet. Do you really want to look like a weeble? Even if you're skinny, you're feet are forcing everyone to look down.

Now back to Queer Eye for the Tag Guy.

I don't really like feet at all but I've got to admit my feet do look kinda cute in sandals and I absolutely LOVE the color nail polish I'm wearing today!

Re: Socks and sandals. I agree, shorts with socks and sandals is always a no-no.

I read Rick's post to DH, and his reply was "Oh well, if it's good enough for the Swede's, it's good enough for me."

I have to get a pedicure before the competition. Right now I'm wearing a mauvy-dark pink polish. I never wear red. I also like a lot of blues. I know--very Yankee.

Oh no, I just heard two big 'thwacks" coming from the other room and when I went in, my little nephew was bopping my poor Cadbury over the head with a cd case......had to go rescue my sweet dog from the little tyrant....she's so good and patient with children and has never, ever bitten anyone....can you tell how much I love my cute dog.....I love my cute nephew too but all this "thwacking' business has got to stop....oops, he's in tears now....I guess it's naptime and time to do some serious cuddling with his favorite aunt

Good morning everyone. So, are all votes in on the baby photo contest!?

It hope that I didn't mistakenly assign the wrong gender to anyone...it's so hard to tell in baby pictures. I think it's an almost "impossible" contest.
