I did a Nascar Race Track with graham crackers, twizzlers, green sugar, spearmint candies and some other things for Grant's 4th birthday. It was very involved.......a little too much.

All we need to do is move close to one another and start a business.

It was Jan 2004. I dunno about the same characters. I wouldn't think so for this guys age, as the pay doesn't marvel. But who knows!

OK Lewski709, boys are more immature than girls & Holly has the maturity of at least a 12 year old. So, there is almost 10 years b/w Grant & Holly. Holly just doesn't have time for immaturity.

Grant's at his own maturity.......maybe age 6. I am sure he will catch up though, as pushy as we are for him to act like he's already 10.

Don't like eating alone. Enjoy the movies more with someone. I did see Ghost Ship alone. No one wanted to go with me to a dumb horror movie. Oh and saw Signs alone too.

I am home today. I woke up at 5am and was in the bathroom not feeling so well. Stomach bug, I believe. I am doing fine now. But........obviously, I needed the sleep as I didn't get up until after 11am.

So does anyone have any good plans for this evening? I'm not sure what I will do. DH plans to do some work on our computers. I'm not sure what! I'll just leave him to it!! I guess I could do some house work, but really don't feel like it.

QOTD: I'm sure I have seen movies by myself but can't remember which. And I have no problem eating out alone. I used to travel for work and often only had myself for company. I did get room service a lot, especially when I stayed late at the client site but that got boring. R.S. usually has a limited menu so off to find restaurant and/or mall to hang out at happened quite often.

QOTD: The only movie I have seen alone was About a boy. DH and his friend wanted to see a James Bond movie and I didn't so they went to see that whilst I went to see About a boy. I don't think I have ever eaten alone in a restaurant. I have never been in a situation where I have needed to do that.

So does anyone have plans for tomorrow? I have to stay around the house as the have to be at the vets at 1pm for their yearly checkup and injections. DH and I decided we would spend tomorrow finishing off the garden. We need to build a small wall and re do the water fall into the pond. DH needs to move the pump for the pond too. Then the area around the waterfall will match the wall that is around the new bunny run and hutch. Then the garden will be completely finished. I will take some photos then for you guys to see. I want to get it done soon as my parents are coming to visit in a few weeks and I want it all finished for them to see then.

It's raining here again. Been raining off an on all day. I sure won't be needing to water the <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_2_201v.gif' border=0></a>. In fact, there is water puddling in it now.

We have a <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/29/29_4_77.gif' border=0></a> game tomorrow.

Then I am taking the <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/12/12_10_10.gif' border=0></a> earrings back and try to get some single tear drop earrings.

I don't have proof of them doing this on purpose. Who would I call and I don't even know what they are doing with them?

Some areas have an animal cruelty unit at the police department, but some work through animal control departments. There's always an animal control department...I'd call there if you decide to....that number is usually in the local government pages in your phone book (ours are the blue pages)...if that's not the place to report it, they'll certainly know who you need to contact Or call your local SPCA and ask them who you should notify....they'll know, too!!

That's just so cruel! If you can't or won't take care of an animal, why buy one???

We had a family next to us once that kept getting puppies then giving them away. See, the DH and kids REALLY wanted a dog, but DW not so much. AND, she was OCD about cleanliness...you could safely eat off her her doormat, pan under the refrigerator, everything!.... and dog hair was just more than she could handle!! But she loved her DH and kids and kept trying to get over it and let them have a dog....but it never worked out and they always had to find another home for the poor pups. I guess it could have been worse....at least they didn't starve them to death
