It is super easy, I will just post it here:

Cornish Game Hens:
Ingredients:
2 (1 1/2 Pound Hens)
Jar of Polaner Apricot All Fruit
Honey

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix Apricot all fruit and Honey (really as much as you want, I use the entire jelly jar and just mix in as much Honey as I like)
Baste the Hens with the mixture and bake in a shallow pan for 1 hour and 15 mins....basting often!!

My DH LOVES this recipe, and obviously it is really easy!

Sounds yummy, but could you use chocolate instead of Honey????-nothing against Winnie the Pooh but I, too, prefer chocolate except on eggs and we get that quite often here in the am! ugh

..I live dangerously close to Bridgewater Chocolate in CT and Im now eating a Coffee Crisp bar:
Solid Belgian Milk Chocolate with Crushed Espresso Beans and fine Crisp of Roasted Corn...whoa momma!

Now aren't you glad you let me on the island??

I also bought Chocolate covered Cherrys!!

I only have DH, no kids...me (29) and DH(32)
