All You Can Eat...They keep bringing you food until you tell'em to stop...I love their Salad there...

Yeesh! Am I the only one who hates this? Whether it's a buffet or a constant rotating supply of food at my table, I don't really like it at all. Why? Because there's some stupid button in my brain that gets pushed whenever I'm around it. And that button tells me that I absolutely MUST eat as much as is inhumanly possible, and then eat a little more, until I want to throw up.

OK, WTMI time. I used to weigh a lot more. I would eat at McDonalds etc for every meal. I discovered that if I went to Golden Corral I could eat for less than what I paid at Mcd. Also, after the first few times of "Trying to get my monies worth" I found I could eat reasonably well. I would pick one bad item, and get steamed veggies, a salad, rotissery chicken etc. They have lots of bad stuff on the buffet, but again, after a couple of times I was able to resist easily...As far as Garden Grill... I pig out on the Salad...
