hey oddball27! What's shakin'? Sounds like a lot. I just got home from visiting my mom at the hospital. She's is feeling pretty good. Hopefully she'll get to go home on Thursday. Take it easy on Honey, it's gotta be hard going through life with that name. What were her 'rents thinking? Did you see The O.C. last week. Luke didn't die. I thought he was going to. Oh well. As long as Seth is on a bunch, I'm cool.

Just waiting for ohanafamily to get home. I just got dinner in the oven - meatballs. Guess I'll need to head back to the kitchen in a few to make the pasgetti and a veggie. I made plenty, anyone want to join us? Maybe G.S. cookies for dessert.

hmmm I think Oberamergau (sp?) is famous for the Passion Play held every 10 years. And if I recall they do a lot of wood carvings there. Maybe he can pick you up something made from wood??? there is always crystal!!! There is this neat church there where your dh can see an "incorruptable" A body in a glass coffin that is supposed to be "in tact" not decomposed etc. But it didn't work. She is pretty decomposed. She has a beautiful dress on though!! I believe she is a saint but can't remember her name

Ok. Here's the scoop.....it sounds pretty general and hence, probably nothing good.

I got a message to call this lady, so I do. Left her a VM and she called me back to set up a time to ask questions and such. She set it for 15min on Thursday. WHAT? Then she called me back again to confirm the time as I am an hr ahead of them.........she was in Ganiesville, Fl.

Why wouldn't she had just gone over the stuff with me right then? I think anything we go over will be "entry level". I have NEVER had someone schedule a 15min time slot. I don't get a good feeling. It felt, as much as can be felt over the phone, mechanical and low. Something that seemingly would be done to gauge interest, raise hopes. I just can't see anyone calling me, having me call them, then scheduling for 15min. Like questions they ask everyone. Telling me they looked at my info and I met basic requirements.

Well.............I won't start at the bottom rung. I have tons of experience. I just know that's where this is going. I will see Thursday, but I don't have a good feeling.

I did take some online testing for this place. They did ask about salary requirements and hrs willing to work. I am curious, but I think that's what they want.

LoL, nothin much!!!! Glad to hear she's feelin better!!!!!! LoL, she's named after her great grandma!!! But Luke IS leaving.... he is hot!!!!!

Bichon Barb and [COLOR=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/COLOR] went to Menards, got pernennials, edging and that mulch film to prevent weeds from coming through, as much as possible anyhow. I bought the following: Lily of the Valley, Habranthus pale pink, Day Lilies, Phlox white and pink, Phlox purple and Arum. I have some Hyacinth pink on the dining room table that I will plant and some random bulbs from and assortment I got when Tye was born from co-workers. I saved them. I also got some Maiden Pink and Belleflower seeds.

Did I do ok?

Stupid dog. He's a big bag of dumb.

ahh bill sounds like a big sweetie! at least he doesn't see a leaf roll across the yard and think its alive and start barking like an insane fool....no that Harley does that or anything...

Wow, I think you did great, even though I have no clue what Habranthus is and I am about to look it up! I hope you have better luck with Phlox than I did... it's one of my favorites and also apparently the favorite of all of the Peter Rabbits in the woods behind my house! All I had were Phlox stubs. It is finally really spring here and the grass is green and my pink weeping cherry is blooming by my front door. Since I just inherited it when we bought the house and can't take credit for planting it, I can say that it is JUST beea-uuuu-ti-ful!! Maybe I'll go back to that Shhhh-picture website and try to get a picture of it up for you.

Oh, and what did y'all think of American Idol tonight? I thought Jasmine and Jennifer did much better, and I felt so bad for poor baby John Stephens. I didn't like George's rendition very much, and although Fantasia was consistently great, I still like LaToya the best. She is so classy. I wonder how many votes Fantasia's sweet baby girl will bring her? Almost seemed unfair to bring her up on the stage like that, when no one else had such cute support!

Gonna go eat Graeter's with Katie. Since we don't have cake, I guess we'll put candles in the ice cream!
