NO, I don't feel PATHETIC at all. I feel very relaxed and surrounded by friends

I'm just so happy to be sitting here NOT worried about my hair or makeup or what I'm wearing and afraid someone will get upset over something I said. I'm not saying I'm a 'social butterfly' but I'm usually out 2 nights a week and I help out a lot at school during the day so I do feel I have to be "ON" most of the time, if you know what I mean. I do love my friends here but sometimes it's so nice to sit home and relax with the dog. At least I'm not spending any money :teeth:

Oh, that reminds me......I won at Bunco the other night! Hooray!! We had an Easter hat contest and I won...woohoo.....I got a cheap hat, glued green Easter grass to the top and then glued on 3 plastic eggs and a little yellow chick. It really was adorable and I won $50!!! Then Thursday was "bad haircut day" and I drank too much with friends while watching Survivor.

Nope, I don't feel PATHETIC at all......now turn up the bubbles and bring me another martini....pronto! :crazy:

anyway.. it is the pits that your company is not allowing any DISing especially since you get your job done .. and all..

I quit my Bunco group. They were doing things I didn't agree with and one of them is 40 and pregnant. (nothing wrong with that, but she was doing things too) :earseek:

As verbal as I am, instead of ruining relationships with these women........I just took myself out of the situation. It was for the best.

I do not feel "Pathetic" at all I didnt go to a Fire Dept. function tonight with my husband by choice.
I wanted to be here with you guys . I dont really DIS anymore at work ( big brother watching LOL)

I could be watching all my Tivo ....I could be reading my book.....I could be watching cute Firemen walking around all dressed up. But my friends I wanted to be with you ... Now pass me a drink and bring on Simon

No, I don't feel pathetic either really. It's just that it's usually so quiet around here on weekends, especially Friday and Saturday nights. But not tonight. ohanafamily and I rarely go out on weekends so we check in here a lot and find there's not much action. Tonight was lots of fun though.

Well ohanafamily faded and has headed off to bed. He took Nephosaurus with him because I wouldn't let him (Nephosaurus) have anymore Double Dutch (chocolate chocolate chip) Girl Scout Cookies tonight. Didn't want him bouncing on the bed all night long.
