REGARDING NANCY-PANTS

She must be one of THOSE Scorpios! Did you know, they come in three varieties? The Eagle, Grey Squirrel and the Scorpion...representing the ability of the individual to overcome the negative aspects of the sign and manifest the positive ones. No one can be more self-centered than a 'low' Scorpio...no, not even a Leo! (really, a joke, my Leo friends).

I'm sure RRBB and I most frequently manifest the integrity and nobility of the Eagle Scropio!

Thanks for clearing that up [COLOR=339900]ibouncetoo[/COLOR]. I've never heard that stuff about the Eagle, Squirrel and Scorpion. But I like the idea of being an Eagle Scorpio, whatever that is.

Seeing how I can't do Lewski709's poll because I have NO husband or SO at the moment, thought I'd show the two most important (and most handsome) men in my life at the moment.......Jordan and my dad.....we're at my brother's wedding in Oxford, England last August....

...oh, yeah, they're dressed alike because my dad was the Best Man and Jordan was a page boy (ringbearer for those of us in the States)

Of course, when Eric was born, I was very interested in the Scorpio Child description. It said something like "If your baby is due in the month of November, it is a good idea to go out and buy a sturdy playpen. NOT for the baby, but for yourself. When that little Scorpio baby is unhappy, you'll run right into your playpen and duck for cover."

I'm going to go rummage around and look for my book that talks about the three Scorpios, since we have a few here who might be interested. I think I really 'come-off' as a Gemini (my moon and rising sign...but trust me there's a Scorpio deep inside.)

Does your Dad live in Raleigh or visits often..I swear I have seen him at Crabtree before, but I don't know him.

No, he lives in Goldsboro, NC but there are a LOT of men his age who "walk" the mall for exercise......you'd better post a picture of yourself so I can be on the lookout for you!

And Lewski, I hope I'm not repeating myself, but is an early morning flight out of Chicago the only way you can go? Or is there another airport closer to home that you can fly out of. I hate to see you up all night before you leave. You'll be shot by the time you get to WDW!

I just paid our AM EX bill today. I have 24,400 points. 600 more, and I can book on Delta, USair or Continental.

Goldsboro is not that far...we drove there and back last year for the fun of it. I was dropping off something in Smithfield and kept on going for awhile. I need to get a hair cut and stuff....I love being a mystery.

Ground transportations...hmmm. Usually we drive so we don't have to worry about it. The only times we've flown we've just taken Mears....I believe it's $26 round-trip and you get a coupon in your Disney confirmation packet. For the 3 of us, though, that would be $78....are there any towncar services cheaper than that? And they would allow a grocery stop.... Personally, I don't need a lot beyond some dt. Cokes in the morning, but I wouldn't turn down some affordable snacks if we're doing a towncar Will check into rates....and look into rentals. Haven't rented a car in awhile so have no idea of rates....DH gets one when traveling, but it's never our dime and he doesn't do the ressies for it....so no clue from him either Sure wish we could there!!

Well, I'm not going to say who I've received photos from but I will say so far there are a grand total of two in my mailbox.
