Hey ya'll. Boy the day is going fast. I just had the best salad for lunch. I found a dressing that I could drink from the bottle. Its the Ken's Steak House brand. Northern Italian with basil and Romano cheese. It only has 50 calories. I put it over mixed greens with carrots, a little bit of apple and edamame (soy beans) It was really very good. I hope you are all having a more interesting day than I am since the only thing I have to talk about is food.

cheermom...thanks for the hugs. The pain comes and goes. But hey...I have kids and a hubby. There is always pain coming and going. KWIM?

I feel like carp.....

I have a carpy cold. If I had unlimited hot water I'd just stand under the hot water all day. I can't get warm and just want to breathe steam!
