Hey, everyone! Got the little nut down for a nap so I thought I'd check in. Turns out I needed to take him to the pediatrician's office today. They were concerned (as was I) that the cough had increased, and so they gave a listen and he does have some wheezing in his lungs. So it's back to nebulizer treatments every 4 hours until there's no cough at all.

We haven't done these since he was about two, before we figured out he has asthma! I had to be reminded of all the procedure, although it's not hard, it's just been so long.

So I'm beat from having taken him there and then filling the prescription, but on the upshot I did get some more Mucinex for myself as well so hopefully we'll all start feeling better soon.

Ya'll have really been through it. I hope everything is coming to an end now.

TarzansKat, we didn't find out our daughter had asthma until she was in 3rd grade. Hope your guy feels better after the treatments.

I agree, women can be worse and down right nasty. I think they give more "special" details than men.

The sun is finally out, but I have on long johns, turtle neck and wool sweater to try to stay warm.

I have 4 boys and a dh plus i have traveled with tons of cheerleaders and yep nothing grosses me out anymore either I mean they even talked me into a snake and now i hold him all the time i think i'll post a pic of him when i get home just for you smileybug ok.

I've had Mucinex, I'm sure you could. But it is heaven sent when you are congested. Hope you feel better soon.

I had to take DD9 to the dentist today. She has two loose back molars that are bothering her. They said they'd pull them, but I'm starting to think I don't want to waste the money on something nature will eventually do. DH found out he's getting a 10 % pay cut in June. So we plan to be more cautious about money. I'm so glad I went back to work.

Good morning pee-puls!

The Bachelor must be getting down to the wire, isn't it?? How's it been going?

So I guess tonight is the night I need to tune into AI, right Mean Queen?! I'll set the DVR cuz I'm usually not ready to sit down and watch tv until at least 9pm, but sometimes later.

I started purging the toy room yesterday; it didn't end up being as daunting as I thought it would be. A lot of stuff is little-kid stuff that they've just outgrown. Otherwise, I'm putting things in a box to go to the garage for a while before I give it away for good. Sort of like a test - if they suddenly realize some long-lost beloved toy is missing, I can still cover my butt!!
