Ya'll, dh caved and I'm both trying to take off the weight and we paid the deposit on our trip today.

Then ds tried to turn on the Wii--didn't work. . .I'm sending the Wii in for repairs. I've only had it a few months, so it's still under warranty.

I know our trip is set for the busiest time of year, but I am super excited about it!!!!

I think you need to start moving South ASAP! Start off in North Carolina! BTW, Legomom, on my Facebook page, did you see the picture of my church decked out for Christmas? I thought that was a beautiful picture. I'm gonna save it on my computer and post it here when I get over to Facebook.

LegoMom and Sadie Dog I feel your pain. It's -13 in my neck of the woods. My face almost froze off! We usually go out to dinner Friday nights but when hubby asked where are we going I said NOWHERE! We're staying in. I'm cooking a big pot of chili and curling up in front of the tv. I do have to go out in about an hour though as I agreed to meet a friend for breakfast. Nothing against her it's just that now that I'm inside all nice and toasty the thought of going back out ... It will take longer to warm up my car than it takes to drive to the restaurant.

Ok, the killer here is that my family used to live in NC. We visited there 2-3 times a year. We MOVED there for 8 months....

...and came back north.

This time when I leave, I'm never looking back...

I have to go shopping, too, but I'd rather go in 20 degree weather than -20 degree weather.

Come back down South. . .DH's uncle, who lives in upstate New York came the week after Christmas. He's staying here until March. He says it's still nicer here than it is where he lives.

Thanks! I'm usually sitting in front of those pipe organs on Sundays. The church family is awesome. They are listed in my group pages on Facebook under I think either FP Church-Dillon or First Presbyterian or something of that nature. They also posted pics of the live Nativity, but I don't want that roaming around the DISBoards.
