Anything to keep me awake. I fell asleep last night with dh watching Indiana Jones. Now I feel like someone beat me, not Indiana Jones. Too much noise to try to sleep in, IMO.

I wish it were afternoon. I scrubbed my kitchen floor, the kids' bathroom floor, washed the truck, cooked dinner, washed the dishes, took the trash to the dump last night. I'm tired. Where is the clean up CInderella when you need her?

That I am! I want a clean house when I get back. I made an appointment for a pedicure today and tomorrow I'm going to get my hair cut and get my nails done. This afternoon I'm washing my bathroom just like the kitchen and the living room.

I just ventured over to the main page of the CB board.....

I'm askeered! WOW. That is some mud-slingin' goin' on over thar! I have never, ever understood how something as mundane as politics could get some people so hot under the collar. I have opinions. Others have their opinions. I am well aware that there are many who's opinions are very different than mine. But apparently there are people in this world who feel it's their job to condemn and degrade and belittle everyone else who doesn't think like them. So sad, really.

Oh well! I'd much rather talk about monkeys or scary clowns or LOLcats or whoever's Disney trip is next anyway!

I just noticed it this morning! Crazy awesome! I cannot believe how many political threads there are. I can understand a few just for discussion but there's threads popping up ever few minutes I don't really get it. No one is going to change anyone else's mind so let's just vote and be done with it people!

I have an eye appointment this afternoon. I scratched my glasses so badly yesterday I can't wear them now. So, I'm going to get contacts today for the first time in my 34 years. I just hope I can wear them. My eyes are fine except I can't see.
