creativeamanda... I hope you get some rest tonight. How bad is your weather? Ours is still the same from this morning.

It's really rainy and cold. The moisture is making the little chill we have worse. Satellite service has been in and out. I'll be setting my cell phone alarm soon for tomorrow. I hate being late. . .and I was really late this morning.

We got back dd9's PACT scores from last year yesterday. She scored proficient in Science and Language arts (6th grade level in reading). She scored Advanced in Mathematics. I think we're taking her our for dinner for these scores.

We are impressed with the math, but she is also the daughter of a math teacher.

I know. I never really win at the arguments. I have my hair dyed so no one can see the grays.

As I said, I have to go back to my mothers. The rain is coming, but she wants me to continue painting the deck if it's not raining this morning. I really think she just wants me to stop by. It's too quiet over there.

It's was light grey and now will be white with sage green trim like her new siding. It's a mobile home. So the siding is a sage green with dark maroon shutters. It looks good. She HATES living in a mobile home after owning 3 houses. The last home she lived in was on a lake, but when she divorced her 2nd husband, this is what she could afford. At least it's a higher quaity one and redone on the inside so looks more like a house than a mobile. It's also on a nice big piece of rented land. She received an inheritance from my grandmother and has more $ to put into it.

Those colors sound really nice. Sage green is such a soothing color.
