What has your day been like? I have done very little today. I woke up at 3:30am. So I am moving in slow motion.

Oh my goodness! Sometimes I'm awakened at 5am due to the cat... and that has me draggin' most of the day. Hopefully you can get to bed early tonight and get some good rest!

My day has been average. DS6 didn't have his pony camp today after all due to a very sick horse (might be "EEE"). It was really on its way downhill fast. Not something for little kids to have to see! We're all aware of the circle of life and all, but still...

Work was ok. Did not have a chance to talk to them yet about my pending departure, since I was late getting in today.

This afternoon I sat on the deck in the sun for a bit, and just now I took a bike ride with DS6 and DS8. We do a 2-mile loop down to the town line and back - it runs along the river and is really nice!

Now I'm here checking in with all my DIS friends!!

Yes, very scary when they 1st drive. Especially since I have had too many car accident deaths in my family. I'm trying not to be a paranoid lunatic about it.

I hate when I wake up at some ridiculous hour and can't go back to sleep.

Pony camp is day camp at a riding stable. DS6 takes after his momma with that horse-lovin' gene! My other two like the novelty of taking a ride on a horse; this one wants to know all about taking care of them and everything that goes along with riding. He's in the younger group of kids and it's called Pony Tales. They go for 3 hours in the morning.
