Hi all. I stayed up way too late for me last night. I didn't get to sleep until after 11pm. I am tired. I figured I could get by this morning and come home and rest this afternoon. Then I was asked to go back to daycare this afternoon.

Must have coffee. I'm going to be wiped tonight. We are right out straight from 7:30 -11:30. I'm constantly moving, picking up kids, changing diapers, going up and down stairs and all that jazz. It is a rare day that I can actually sit for a couple of minutes. Play dough this afternoon, that will make a nice mess. I'm sick of the comments like 'all you do is play with some kids for a few hours.' They have no clue.

Actually, according to Mean Queen, kimmar seems to be expending all her snark energy on the "Idol" thread.

Well then, I find this news to be even more upsetting. Its starting to look like kimmar is running out of snark.

Sounds like you need a large coffee.

They usually don't have a clue. As a SAHM I always heard how lucky I was....my life was soooo easy.

I think one of the things that I love so much about this thread is that it never fails to make me laugh.

Well, ladies, I am sick. Again. I have the same cold I had two weeks ago, and I'm cranky. I left work early and took a nap at my mom's while she watched my son for me, so that was really nice, but I still have to pack for my trip.

We all got to hear the heartbeat on Tuesday, so that was great. This week has had it's high points, but getting sick again is such a kicker. My DS is sick as well, and DH just got it this morning. I don't care if I have to take Tylenol for the headaches, please just let me kick the congestion before I get on a plane in a few days.
