I have a post from my trip report, and I just wanted to share it with you here.

That, as of late, I've been DIS absent.

I do have a perfectly good reason, which I'd love to relate in song.

A Pirate's Life for Three, A Pirate's Life for Three...
What can be said of the beauty of a pirate's life for three...

We journey to Disney, fill up on fun
treat ourselves most heartily, yo ho

We ponder the thought of adding one
to this family of ours, yo ho

What starts as a dream
for a new little bean
becomes a reality, yo ho

And so to relate
the first trimester I face
no more drink up, me hearties yo ho

I scored a deal on a Wii for Christmas today!!! I'm not even telling DH, I want it to be a total surprise. I even "doctored" the checkbook to look like three smaller payments somewhere rather than one larger one, which might arouse suspicion.

Now I've got to shop for a few games to go with it!

Actually, I'm not at all offended, being in the throes of exhaustion and other...interesting symptoms...I'll be glad when this is over and I'm holding a healthy baby in my arms.

I love our Wii! For the family, I'd recommend a Guitar Hero/Rock Band (pick one that has songs you like), Mario Kart, and Wii Resort.

I second the Mario Kart. We LOVE that game. Also, I just got my DH Toy Story Mania for his birthday, and so far, it's a lot of fun.
