GOOD MORNING .

Pageant results!
I got 1st runnerup and tied the winner for casual wear.
I'm so proud of what I did, I nailed everything.

My onstage question was "Why would you make a good Miss -----?"
And I said "I would make a good Miss ---- because with my passion of volunteering I can bring that to kids my age and hopefully get them to donate their time to charities." It was PERFECT!

The one thing I'm disappointed of is the fact that the girl who won, now holds 3 crowns for 2007. She can't possibly donate all her time to them. But oh well, I did great

Congrats! It does sound like you nailed the interview segment. Now, forgive my lack of pageant knowledge, but how can someone hold that many crowns in one year? I'd think one is more than enough per year per person, otherwise you'd stretch yourself too thin. And get greedy just to win more titles, rather than represent the one title you won.

The tag fairy went on a crazy spree recently. Hopefully you'll get sprinkled with some color soon.

Thanks I was so proud of what I said. It was awesome! She just does so many pageants. She's like a professional. She holds a state title, county title, and now town title. She'll just have to be them all at once. But whatever. I'll have my chance soon

You know what my question was? It was what would you do to make the world a better place? LOL Doesnt everyone use that question? LOL

And then my answer was what everyone else used. I would help end world hunger. LOL Once I realised what was going on I thought I was going to die. OH well it was fun anyway as long as I knew why a 5th of Americans can't locate the US on a world map

I'm like dead serious on the dream thing. I was on this thread, I think, and then I noticed I had 3 tags. I don't even think I ever said any of them! Then I kept refreshing the page and my tags kept changing colors, and the TF left a few notes in my signature. It was so weird....

Hi guys! Just checking in. The rain stopped so my kids went outside for a while and I finished the scrap book I was working on. These are pictures I took on a trip to FL with my middle son, 2-1/2 years ago!! But, it's done and I like it. It's fun to reminisce (sp??!) over the photos, too. That was a fun trip. We went to a place called Corkscrew Swamp Santuary, down by Naples; Heritage Village in Largo; a really cool restuarant called Pizza & Pipes somewhere just south of Tampa Bay; and Sunken Gardens in St. Pete. FUN!! My son loved that trip, it was just the two of us visiting my dad. And of course all the while I'm streaming Live365 and planning our next Disney trip in my head! I have got to find a job...!

LegoMom3 glad you're working on your scrapbook! I'm sure it looks great! Today I pretty much just relaxed..I've been tired. And thought about our January Disney trip. I need to make a trip to HD to get lime green Mickey's! Since it's my first time going to Disney while being part of the DIS and knowing of the lime stuff LOL.

Ever since I joined the DIS, I notice people wearing lime green at WDW. But I'm always afraid to say "Are you a member of the DIS?" because I know I have worn lime green before and it had nothing to do with the board. I'd hate to accost some poor person at Disney for no reason.

I always wanted a tag thats said " Go Isles " I always want a tag because I feel left out sometimes when I talk to others with a lot of them *cough sister cough* and I also thought there pretty cool also.
