I am not sure who to contact for this, but legally they are not allowed to harrass you, either, with all these phone calls. You have explained the situation six ways to Sunday, and even they themselves acknowledge you are no longer responsible for the old vehicle.
And for what it's worth, I would keep calling until I got a rep who DID put me in touch with a manager. You DO have the grounds to speak with one! Somewhere on their magical computer screens, they should also have records of all these contacts they have initiated to you.
And Ford Credit is not talking to one of their own dealers re: repayment/payoff terms??? I smell a dead fish there.... Can you call the dealership and speak to someone there (maybe the person who wrote up your current contract)? See if they have anything to offer in terms of clearing this up?
